What is Love's Best Secrets?
Love's Best Secrets helps one person prepare for the relationship moment in front of them — a first date, meeting their partner’s parents, an anniversary, a proposal. Every quiz is free. If you want an answer for your own situation, Sophie writes a Personalized Guide around your answers, or you can book a live 30-minute session with her.
Is Love's Best Secrets therapy or counselling?
No. Sophie is a character and a guide, not a therapist, psychologist, counselor or physician, and nothing here is diagnosis, treatment or clinical care. It is guidance for ordinary relationship moments. If your situation needs a qualified professional, please see one.
Who is Sophie?
Sophie is the host and the voice of the site — a character, not a real clinician. As our Terms say, the session and the guidance she writes are produced using AI processing, from what you tell her and from your quiz results.
How much does it cost?
Every quiz, its result and Secret #1 are free. A Personalized Guide is $19.99, once, for one Moment. A 30-minute session with Sophie is $39.99. A year with Sophie is $335.92 a year. Top Secret is $9.99 a month, or $47.88 a year.
What is the difference between a Personalized Guide and a session with Sophie?
The Guide ($19.99) is written: Sophie asks about your situation and writes the Secrets for that Moment around your answers. The session ($39.99) is a live 30-minute conversation about whatever you bring, and nothing is written afterwards. They are separate products, not two tiers of one.
Which moments does it help with?
Each Moment is worked through end to end: The Proposal; The Anniversary; First Date; Meet Their Parents; Tonight's the Night. There are also free pages for each relationship problem we have researched.
Can I try Sophie for free?
Yes. Sophie’s Quick Read is four questions about the moment you are preparing for, and gives her first read and three things to do — free, with no account. Every other quiz, its result and Secret #1 are free too.
Do I need an account?
Not for a quiz, its result or Secret #1 — no account and no card. To buy, you confirm your email with a 6-digit code; there is no password to create first, and you can add one later if you want.
How do I pay?
On our own checkout page, through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to us, and Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered where your device supports them. Your statement shows SidRatnam.com.
Will anything I tell Sophie be published?
No. We never publish anything from your Guide, your session or your Moments. Your story stays private unless you choose to share an anonymised version you have read in full, and a review you choose to publish appears under your first name and last initial, or anonymously.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the product did not work, or you did not get what you paid for, write to support@lovesbestsecrets.com and we will refund you. A refund removes access to the paid Secrets for that Moment.
How do I cancel a subscription?
A subscription (a year with Sophie, or Top Secret) renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing in your account.
What is Top Secret?
A private vault for what you cannot say now but want one named person to receive later. Sealed the moment you write it, and released to that one person only when you decide, or when you stop checking in. One vault, one person. Billed every month until you cancel. It is a separate product line from the Guides and sessions.
What if I am in difficulty or in danger?
