Written for your moment, not a moment like it
A Personalized Guide ($19.99, one-time) is written for one specific Moment — a first date, meeting their parents, an anniversary, a proposal. Sophie asks about your situation in your own words, and the Secrets for that Moment are written around your answers and your quiz results. Nothing is scored against a template, and buying it starts no subscription.
A live conversation, if you would rather talk
A 30-minute session with Sophie ($39.99) is half an hour of talking it through, live, about whatever you bring. It is a separate product from the Guide, not an upgrade of it, and it produces nothing written afterwards.
Honest about what it is
Sophie is the host and a character — not a therapist, psychologist, counselor or physician, and she holds no clinical credentials. Love’s Best Secrets is guidance for ordinary relationship moments, not therapy or clinical care, and our Terms say so in those words. If your situation needs a professional, we say so.
Nothing from your Guide or session is ever published
We never publish anything from your Guide, your session or your Moments. If you choose to publish a review it appears under your first name and last initial, or anonymously — your choice. Your story is private by default; it is published only if you choose to share it, after you have read the anonymised version in full and a second, separate check has confirmed none of your identifying details survived.
What you tell us is not for sale
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Card details go to Stripe and never to us. Every Moment is checked on every request so that only the person it belongs to can read it.
Pay on the page, with no password to invent
Checkout happens on our own page, through Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay offered where your device supports them. To buy, you confirm your email with a 6-digit code — there is no password to create first.
A refund policy you can read before you buy
Our Terms say it plainly: if the product did not work, or you did not get what you paid for, write to us and we will refund you. The refunds page quotes that section word for word.
Subscriptions that say exactly what they are
A year with Sophie ($335.92 a year) includes 12 sessions and 2 Personalized Guides; they belong to that year and do not carry over. Every subscription renews until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from Billing in your account.

Each of the 26 relationship problems we have researched has its own page, drawn from real relationship discussions; 5 of them are full Moments you can work through end to end. There are 27 articles alongside them. All of it is free to read, with no account.
We come back after the moment
Once the evening has happened, we pick the conversation back up — already knowing what you planned and which Secrets you had — and write it up as your story. It stays yours unless you decide otherwise.
